MACHINE MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Location:

In Person 2nd Shift Opportunity | Growth Potential | Union Opportunity First Placement Services is currently hiring a skilled CNC Machine Maintenance Technician for a manufacturing facility specializing in rain gutter and roofing products. If you have preventative maintenance experience and enjoy troubleshooting industrial equipment, we want to hear from you!

Training Schedule:

Initial training will take place on 1st Shift for the duration of 1-4 weeks. 4:00 AM

• 12:30 PM After training, schedule transitions to: 2nd

Shift:

1:00 PM

• 9:30

PM Responsibilities:

Perform preventive, routine, and emergency maintenance on CNC machines Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Inspect and repair production equipment to minimize downtime Work closely with production teams to resolve equipment issues quickly Maintain a safe and organized work environment Proficient in assembly, inspection and machine alignment through use of mills, lathes and drill presses.

Requirements:

1-3 years of CNC maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting Basic electrical and mechanical knowledge Experience troubleshooting industrial equipment Ability to read schematics and blueprints Strong problem-solving and attention to detail Able to work independently and efficiently
