Rocklin, Roseville, and Sacramento Pay:

$22•32/hr full time based on experience $50 cash bonus for every positive Yelp review Help with show set ups. Unloading trucks when needed Upsell filters when fixing Hot Tubs so customersdon't need to make a specialtrip in to grab filters You will be trained, service manager, owner, operations manager, delivery leads are all well versed in fixing hot tubs too so after some on the job training you would always have someone to call and help walk you through it.

Primary role:

diagnose and repair hot tubs, including heaters, leaks, pumps, and electronic control systems. Submit warranty information, photos, and repair details to the service manager for manufacturer claims Complete service tickets and update service calls in the computer and Google Calendar with repair notes and photos Maintain accurate customer and service data Additional duties: Forklift hot tubs down from warehouse racks for repair (forklift experience a plus) Set up electrical and wet models for hot tub events (approximately 8 per year) Detail and clean hot tubs Keep the shop and work areas clean and organized Provide good customer service and maintain professional communication

Requirements:

Prior hot tub repair experience required Ability to troubleshoot heaters, electronics, and leaks Comfort using apps and basic computer systems for scheduling and documentation Clean driving record Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow Work remains steady year-round with multiple locations, shows, and events. If trained and experienced in spa repair, apply to meet and discuss the position.
