In this energetic role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance tasks across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building systems. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, efficient, and well-functioning environment, supporting both residential and manufacturing settings. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills, lead maintenance projects, and contribute to a dynamic team dedicated to excellence. Responsibilities Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues using schematics, electrical diagrams, and technical manuals. Perform welding tasks and other fabrication work as needed to repair or modify equipment. Lead small maintenance projects, supervise junior technicians, and coordinate with contractors when necessary. Perform general facilities maintenance to uphold safety standards and aesthetic quality. Read schematics and technical drawings to execute repairs or installations efficiently. Ensure compliance with safety protocols during all maintenance activities while providing excellent customer service to internal teams. Qualifications Proven experience in facilities maintenance or manufacturing environments with a strong mechanical background. Knowledge of electrical systems, schematics, and troubleshooting electrical issues. Skilled in welding techniques and commercial painting with attention to detail. Ability to interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and facility layouts. Strong leadership skills with supervising experience in maintenance teams or projects. Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and team collaboration. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments while maintaining high safety standards.
