Job Summary:

We are seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to support maintenance operations in a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial production equipment while ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial equipment and machinery Perform preventive maintenance activities on production equipment Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Read and interpret manuals, blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation Calibrate and adjust machine tools and equipment Support machine modifications for specialized production functions Perform minor facility maintenance including basic plumbing and electrical work Maintain spare parts inventory and maintenance documentation Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience Experience using torque wrenches, impact tools, measuring tools, and multimeters Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical troubleshooting Ability to work in a manufacturing or industrial environment Willingness to complete additional safety and equipment training

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics Ability to read blueprints and electrical diagrams Previous experience with furnaces or induction equipment HVAC experience Basic welding or cutting torch experience Knowledge of Lockout/Tagout and 5S principles
