Maintenance Handyman

Job Summary Adriana's is seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse set of skills to handle various maintenance and repair tasks in office settings. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities Perform general maintenance and repair tasks including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting. Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment to identify issues that require attention. Respond promptly to service requests from team members. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards at all times. Pay Rate:

$20-$23

Schedule:

Monday- Friday weekends as needed (full time position with benefits) Experience Proven experience as a maintenance technician, handyman, or in a similar role is preferred. Strong knowledge of various repair techniques and tools. Must have recent experience from floor removal, prep, and installation. Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and efficiently. Excellent physical condition and strength; able to lift heavy objects when necessary. A valid driver's license is required Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations in maintenance work.
