This is a hands-on role for someone who knows their way around construction, plumbing, drywall, electrical, and general repairs. Please note, housing is not included with this position. What you'll do: Handle day to-day maintenance and repairs around the property Fix plumbing issues like leaks, clogs, and broken fixtures Do light electrical work (outlets, switches, wiring, etc.) Patch and repair drywall, doors, flooring, and other parts of the homes/buildings Assist with small construction or improvement projects Keep an eye out for problems and take care of them before they get bigger Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely manner Help keep the property safe, clean, and in good condition What we're looking for: Hands-on experience with construction, plumbing, drywall, and electrical work Someone who can troubleshoot and solve problems quickly Able to work on your own and manage different tasks Comfortable with physical work (lifting, climbing, repairs, etc.) Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Nice to have: Previous maintenance or property repair experience
