We are looking for experienced Foremen to help satisfy our ever growing client list and we hope you're the person for the job! Experience in servicing, repairing and installing: entry doors, roll-up doors and dock levelers is a large part of our everyday business. All B2B, no residential. You don't have to know all of it but having well rounded experience is important. If you have several years as a Foreman with Vortex, R&S, Lawrence Door, Commercial Door, or Miner Fleet you should have a good portion of the skills required for what we do. Responsibilities Install and hang commercial doors using hand and power tools, ensuring proper alignment and functionality. Perform heavy lifting and maneuvering of doors and hardware on construction sites. Conduct glass installations and welding tasks as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met and safety protocols are followed. Utilize mechanical knowledge and fabrication skills to troubleshoot and resolve installation issues. Qualifications Proficient in using hand and power tools for door installation and repair Strong mechanical knowledge and experience in fabrication Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in a construction site environment Familiarity with blueprint reading and schematics Experience in carpentry, including trim carpentry and door hanging Welding skills and glass installation experience are a plus
