This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, organized, and comfortable working independently while traveling between properties. Duties Perform routine maintenance and repairs across residential rental properties Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building issues Conduct property inspections and identify preventative maintenance needs Coordinate with property management regarding repairs and updates Ensure all work is completed safely and up to code Maintain tools, equipment, and supply inventory

Travel Requirements:

Daily travel between properties is required Must use your own reliable vehicle for transportation Mileage reimbursement or travel stipend may be provided (if applicable) Qualifications Proven experience in property maintenance, handyman services, or a related field Strong knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and general repair work Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Valid driver's license and clean driving record Reliable personal vehicle required Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

HVAC certification or specialized trade skills Prior experience in property management or leasing environments

Pay:

$23.00 - $30.00 per hour
