Responsibilities:

Assist in the installation of vinyl fences, ensuring high-quality workmanship. Prepare job sites by measuring and marking locations for fence installation. Load and unload materials and tools necessary for installation. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding project progress. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing fences. Utilize hand and power tools safely and efficiently. Support lead installers in various tasks to ensure timely project completion.

Requirements:

Previous experience in fence installation or construction preferred. Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in various weather conditions. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced installers. Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in fence installation. Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
