Full Job Description Maintenance Technician:

Campus Oaks Apartments & Townhomes in Roseville, CA, is seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Maintenance Technician! This role involves performing technical and mechanical work to ensure that the physical aspects of the buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet the Company's standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality. Responsibilities include repairing flooring, drywall, and appliances, troubleshooting and repairing plumbing, electrical, and security systems, HVAC systems, painting (interior and exterior), and general cleaning (sweeping, mopping, garden/yard upkeep, etc.).

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate has experience in apartment maintenance or facilities maintenance. They can participate in an on-call emergency rotation and respond appropriately and promptly. The candidate should have basic computer skills (email and internet), be communicative, highly organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and a passion for providing exemplary customer service are essential.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably within Residential Property Maintenance. Experience in hotel maintenance, facilities maintenance, or construction will also be considered.
• High School Diploma or equivalency certificate required.
• Valid CA Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
