Tennis Facility Maintenance Technician

Sierra View Country Club, located in Roseville, CA, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Tennis Facility Maintenance Technician! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Perform daily maintenance of tennis courts, including cleaning, sweeping, and debris removal Wash courts as needed during warmer months Inspect court surfaces and complete minor repairs as needed Maintain nets, posts, windscreens, fencing, and lighting systems Dry courts after rain or fog to playable condition Maintain benches, tables, and chairs for member use Dust and vacuum the tennis office on a weekly basis Perform landscaping duties such as weed control and general groundskeeping Ensure proper drainage and address weather-related wear and damage Assist with setup and breakdown for tournaments and events Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in safe working condition Report major repair needs or safety hazards to management High school diploma or equivalent Previous maintenance, groundskeeping, or facility experience preferred Basic knowledge of tennis court surfaces and upkeep is a plus Ability to operate maintenance equipment such as blowers and rollers Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outdoors in varying weather conditions Healthcare Benefits - Medical (if determined by the ACA measurement) Retirement Benefits - 401(k) with employer match (19 years of age and older) Eligibility for benefits and the specific terms, conditions, and offerings are governed by the applicable plan of documents and company policies, which may be amended at the Company's discretion.
