PLC123 What we offer you Medical, Rx, Dental, Disability, Life Insurance, Flexible Spending Accounts Retirement Savings Plans with Company Match/Contributions Education Assistance Bonus Plan Eligibility Parental Leave Shift details 2nd Shift - 2:30pm-11pm 3rd Shift - 10pm-7am Hourly rate $38/hr +$2/00/hr for 2nd shift +$2.25/hr for 3rd Shift What you will be doing Perform preventive maintenance on press lines, casting equipment, packing systems, and paint systems. Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and PLC systems. Replace defective parts and conduct necessary repairs. Maintain building, grounds, and utility systems. Assist with equipment upgrades, replacements, and enhancements. Obtain and maintain a Mobile Equipment license (e.g., Forklift, Scissor Lift). Enter and manage work orders for identified issues or deficiencies. Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation. Ensure the maintenance shop is clean and well-organized. Exhibit a proactive approach to continuous improvement and stay informed on advancements in relevant systems and technologies. What will make you successful? At least 3 years of industrial manufacturing maintenance experience. (required) Ability to read and use a tape measure that shows measurements in feet and inches. (required) High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
