401(k) Company car Full-Time Swimming Pool Repair Technician True Quality Pools, Inc. is seeking an experienced and motivated Swimming Pool Repair Technician to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a technician with strong troubleshooting skills, hands-on repair experience, and extensive knowledge of pool equipment, automation systems, plumbing, and electrical diagnostics. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair pool equipment including pumps, filters, heaters, automation systems, salt systems, and lighting. Troubleshoot and repair automation systems including Pentair, Jandy, and Hayward controls. Perform electrical diagnostics and repairs on pool equipment. Diagnose plumbing issues, leaks, suction-side and pressure-side problems. Create detailed service reports and communicate findings with customers. Recommend repairs and equipment upgrades when necessary. Maintain a professional appearance and provide exceptional customer service. Requirements Minimum 3 years of swimming pool repair experience preferred. Extensive knowledge of Pentair, Jandy, and Hayward automation systems. Strong understanding of electrical troubleshooting, wiring, relays, breakers, and equipment controls. Experience with pool plumbing repairs and equipment installations. Ability to diagnose complex equipment issues independently. Clean driving record and valid driver's license. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
