Job Description
LRS Realty & Management is a full-service management company seeking an energetic, self-motivated technician to handle maintenance and repairs across our residential properties in Southern California. You'll perform a range of general and specialized tasks — interior and exterior repairs and turnovers — in a fast-paced environment that rewards reliability and strong customer service. Part-time to start, with a clear path to full-time as we grow. Covering Orange
