- San Bernardino Counties The Work General repairs and handyman work, interior and exterior Minor plumbing — toilets, faucets, supply lines, drains Paint and unit turnovers between tenants Other maintenance tasks as assigned Materials are provided.
You supply your own hand and power tools — this is a tool-equipped role. Experience with drywall, electrical, stucco, or concrete is a plus. What You Need 2+ years of maintenance or handyman experience Valid CA driver's license and a reliable, insured vehicle Able to work across all four counties listed Smartphone for receiving work orders Your own hand and power tools Comfortable working with minimal supervision Able to lift/carry loads up to 75 lbs Dependable, organized, and communicates clearly Strong attention to detail and good customer service What We Offer $25-$30/hr based on experience 20-25 hrs/week to start Mileage reimbursement LRS Realty & Management, Inc.
