This hybrid role combines food production, packing, sanitation, equipment maintenance, and general handyman responsibilities within our air-dried dog treat manufacturing facility and fulfillment warehouse. We're looking for someone versatile, proactive, organized, and comfortable jumping between production tasks and facility upkeep to help keep operations running smoothly. Responsibilities Facility & Equipment Maintenance Maintain and repair production equipment, including grinders, slicers, band saws, bag sealers, air dryers, and freeze dryers Modify and maintain heating elements in drying machines Perform routine refrigeration maintenance and troubleshooting for fridges and freezers Handle general plumbing repairs including faucets, drains, and floor drain maintenance Perform basic electrical work such as replacing breakers, bulbs, and minor repairs Assist with general facility maintenance including painting, structural repairs, organization, and upkeep Utilize commercial power tools and rental equipment when needed Production & Packing Process raw meat and rack products according to specifications and quality standards Pack and ship finished air-dried treats and chews accurately Maintain strict cleanliness and sanitation of all work areas daily Clean equipment, stations, tools, and shared spaces at the end of each shift Requirements Must be willing to work in both production and maintenance areas to support the team Comfortable working with raw meat, cleaning equipment, and performing physical labor Able to stand for extended periods and lift 50lbs Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently Experience in warehouse, production, kitchen, maintenance, or handyman work required Familiarity with commercial tools and equipment Strong attention to detail, organization, and cleanliness Clear communication and teamwork skills Valid Driver's License required Schedule & Pay Part to Full-Time Position Monday-Friday Occasional Saturdays as needed

Starting Pay:
