Property Management company looking for a good, motivated team player. Must be prompt and have a clean appearance. Seeking full-time technician for Office Buildings
- Minimum 1 year of property maintenance experience.
- Have working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, HVAC and general construction.
- Possess good communications skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to lift 30lbs.
- Possess a valid drivers license.
- Ability to work as a team with a strong work ethic.
- Possess good customer service skills.
