Shift Maintenance Technician Location:

Rancho Bernardo, CA Schedule:

Wednesday to Saturday | 1:30 PM - Midnight We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to support a high-tech manufacturing and engineering campus in Rancho Bernardo. This position is responsible for maintaining building systems, performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting facility issues, and supporting day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong general maintenance experience with a focus on roll up doors, plumbing, HVAC preventative maintenance, and building controls support. Key Responsibilities Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on facility systems and equipment Troubleshoot and repair overhead doors, roll-up doors, and related hardware Complete basic plumbing repairs including fixtures, valves, drains, and piping Perform HVAC preventative maintenance including filter changes, belt replacements, inspections, and basic troubleshooting Assist with monitoring and supporting building automation/control systems Respond to maintenance service requests in a timely and professional manner Conduct routine facility inspections and document findings Maintain accurate maintenance records and work orders Ensure work is completed safely and in compliance with site procedures and safety standards Support additional building maintenance tasks as needed Qualifications 3+ years of commercial or industrial maintenance experience preferred Experience with roll-up doors, dock doors, or automatic door systems Basic plumbing repair experience required Working knowledge of HVAC preventative maintenance practices Familiarity with building automation systems or controls is a plus Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively Comfortable working in a high-tech or manufacturing environment Preferred Skills EPA certification is a plus Experience in semiconductor, pharmaceutical, biotech, or critical facilities environments preferred Knowledge of CMMS/work order systems Basic electrical troubleshooting experience

Compensation Competitive Pay:
