Full-Time | Monday - Thursday 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM Overview Ernie Ball is seeking a reliable and skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to support our production environment. This role is responsible for maintaining equipment, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a safe, efficient facility. Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery, tools, and building systems Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues quickly and safely Complete preventative maintenance (PM) and inspections Respond to production support requests in a timely manner Operate equipment (forklift, pallet jack, power tools) Maintain clean, organized work and storage areas Keep accurate maintenance records Qualifications Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems Experience with woodworking and/or metalworking equipment preferred Familiarity with compressed air and vacuum systems a plus Strong problem-solving and communication skills Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (100 lbs with assistance) Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment (standing/sitting as needed)
