Job Description

Our client, a leading organization in the industrial and manufacturing sector, is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Engineering and Technical Services department supporting a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate teamwork, excellent customer service skills, and a highly professional attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

  • M-F 6am - 3pm with on-call rotation
  • What's the Job?
  • + Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
+ Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and execute repairs efficiently. + Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance. + Review work orders and collaborate with systems to track completion and ensure timely service. + Support energy management initiatives by maintaining efficient operation of all building systems.
  • What's Needed?
  • + High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
+ Basic knowledge of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. + Ability to follow work routines and standards, including physical requirements such as standing, walking, climbing, and lifting heavy loads. + Strong communication skills for exchanging straightforward information clearly and concisely. + Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
