In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the safety, functionality, and appearance of our residential property. Your expertise will ensure that all systems operate smoothly, repairs are completed efficiently, and the environment remains welcoming and well-kept. This position offers an opportunity to apply your diverse mechanical and people skills to make a difference to the Community. Is this job right for you? Do you have knowledge of plants, trees, weeds, and landscaping? How familiar are you with infrastructure? Do you have experience with hand and power tools? Are you willing and able to get on your hands and knees to landscape or make a repair? Are you able to identify something that needs to be done and take the initiative to do it? Do you pick up a piece of trash or walk over it? Duties Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and irrigation systems. Lock/unlock facilities Test pool water chemistry Maintain streets in a clean manner on a regular basis Identify hazards, such as; slip trip & fall, combustion, fire, trees, etc. Perform a wide variety of general and semiskilled maintenance activities (e.g. carpentry, painting, electrical, irrigation, plumbing, and change water meters). Maintain a written activity log. Pull weeds and spray with organic solution Provide excellent customer service by addressing tenant concerns promptly and professionally. Lead or support team members in maintenance activities, fostering a collaborative environment focused on safety and efficiency. You must be trustworthy and able to admit to a mistake (we all make them). Have excellent work ethics Absolutely no alcohol consumption while on the property Be kind and respectful toward others; have patience with people with physical mental emotional limitations. Be a good listener and communicator
