About Us Locally owned and operated for 30 years, Tahoe Luxury Properties is a full-service, boutique vacation rental and real estate company. We manage a portfolio of luxury vacation rental homes and are committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences. We're looking for a reliable, skilled or eager to learn Handyman / Property Maintenance Tech to help keep our properties guest-ready, safe, and well-maintained. Position Summary The Handyman / Property Maintenance Tech is responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting property issues, completing repairs, and assisting with property inspections. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, works independently, and takes pride in maintaining beautiful homes. Responsibilities
  • Perform general property maintenance and repair tasks, including but not limited to: Door and window adjustments Appliance troubleshooting Replace light bulbs, batteries, filters, smoke detectors ect. Furniture assembly and minor carpentry AV and internet troubleshooting and repairs Delivery and removal of sometimes, heavy items.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from operations teams.
  • Conduct property inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety concerns.
  • Assist with seasonal property preparation, including winterization and outdoor maintenance.
  • Maintain detailed records of work performed for tracking maintenance history and scheduling future tasks.
Qualifications Previous handyman, maintenance, construction, or property management a plus. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
