Position Summary We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to keep our CNC machining, screw machine, plating, and assembly equipment running at peak performance. This role is critical to minimizing downtime and supporting continuous production in a high-mix manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment including CNC machines, screw machines, lathes, mills, and plating line equipment Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Respond to equipment breakdowns quickly to minimize production interruption Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals Maintain facility systems including compressed air, HVAC support, and building infrastructure Document all maintenance activities and track parts usage in the CMMS Support continuous improvement initiatives and 5S/lean efforts on the floor Adhere to all safety protocols, lockout/tagout procedures, and quality standards Qualifications 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment Strong mechanical aptitude with electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills Experience maintaining CNC and/or screw machine equipment preferred Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals Familiarity with preventive maintenance systems and lean manufacturing Welding and fabrication skills a plus High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
