That's what being a pool cleaner with us feels like. We don't care if you've never touched a pool in your life. What's the job actually like? We assign you 20-65 customers and as long as our customers are happy, we are happy. It's as close to being your own boss as you can get without starting your own business. When does work start? Whenever you want. No set start time. If you want to be at your first pool as soon as the sun is coming up, do it. If you want to hit the gym first or take your kids to school? That works too. As long as our customers are happy we are happy. What about breaks? Take them. Grab a long lunch at Chick-fil-A, catch a matinee movie, or just chill for an hour on Tiktok in a CVS parking lot. We seriously don't care. As long as your pools are clean and your customers are happy, we're happy. The catch? With great freedom comes great responsibility. Most people think they want this job, but few can actually do it well enough to not get fired.

To succeed here you need:

Pride to do excellent work without someone watching. Charisma for customers. Efficiency and technical skill (we'll train you but some people have it and some don't). Communicate maniacally well. If a customer messages you at 9pm on a Sunday we expect you to answer. We hire fast, and we fire fast. But for the right person, this is one of the best jobs you'll ever have and as close to being your own boss as you can get. What you'll need to qualify: A pickup truck (you'll haul equipment and chemicals). Ability to lift heavy things (bags of salt, buckets, etc.). Normal color vision (you'll test pool chemicals). Able to swim (we can't have our cleaners drowning). Not allergic to wasps/bees — you will get stung. Why apply?
