Job Summary We are seeking a hardworking and dependable Entry-Level Pool Technician to join our service team. This is a physically demanding role that involves outdoor work, heavy lifting, and regular travel to client homes. No prior experience is necessary— we will provide training —but a strong work ethic and attention to detail are a must. Key Responsibilities Travel to residential client locations using a company vehicle. Clean and maintain swimming pools, including skimming, vacuuming, brushing, and emptying baskets. Test and adjust water chemistry (chlorine, pH, alkalinity) under supervision until fully trained. Learn to inspect and assist with basic pool equipment maintenance (pumps, filters, etc.). Follow proper chemical handling and safety procedures. Interact professionally with homeowners and communicate service details. Complete daily service logs and reports. Requirements Must be at least 21 years old. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required for insurance and vehicle use). Must be physically capable of lifting up to 100 lbs and working on your feet for extended periods in outdoor conditions. Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail. Willingness to learn and follow directions. Ability to work independently after training. Comfortable working in varying weather conditions, including rain and high heat. What We Offer Paid training.
