Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Overtime opportunities available About AG Millworks AG Millworks is a Ventura-based manufacturer specializing in custom luxury wood doors and windows. We are seeking a reliable and motivated Door & Frame Assembly Technician to join our manufacturing team. This position supports the production and assembly of custom door and frame products in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Responsibilities Assist with the assembly of custom wood doors and frames. Operate hand tools and production equipment safely. Move and organize materials throughout the warehouse. Support various stages of the manufacturing process. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow company safety procedures and quality standards. Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals. Qualifications Previous warehouse, manufacturing, carpentry, or construction experience is helpful but not required. Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed. Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. Dependable attendance and positive work ethic. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
