Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery, equipment, and systems
- Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
- Utilize precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate repairs and installations
- Stick welding for fabrication and repair of metal components
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects and tasks efficiently
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with internal staff and external vendors
Requirements:
- Proven experience in maintenance or related field
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including low voltage wiring
- Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics and technical manuals
- Experience with HVAC systems preferred
- Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must have reliable transportation to travel to the different locations within the Los Angeles area
- Able to lift up to 50lbs, able to bend, twist, and be able to stand for up to an 8-hour shift We offer competitive pay based on experience and skills.
