This energetic role involves ensuring pools are clean, safe, and functioning optimally by performing routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections. Your expertise will help deliver sparkling pools and satisfied customers, making a splash in the community with your professional skills and proactive service. Responsibilities Perform regular pool cleaning tasks including skimming, vacuuming, brushing walls, and netting debris to maintain pristine water quality. Conduct routine pool equipment inspections to identify issues with pumps, filters, heaters, and chlorinators. Utilize hand tools and power tools to repair or replace faulty pool components efficiently. Maintain accurate records of service visits, maintenance performed, and parts used for each customer site. Troubleshoot mechanical problems using your mechanical knowledge to diagnose issues quickly and effectively. Follow safety protocols during all maintenance activities to ensure a secure working environment. Communicate clearly with customers about service performed and recommend ongoing maintenance solutions. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and repair pool equipment. Experience with pool maintenance, cleaning techniques, and chemical balancing. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for repairs and installations. Service technician experience preferred, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving. Knowledge of equipment repair processes specific to pool systems. Ability to work independently on daily/weekly routes while managing time efficiently. Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
