Job Opening:
Maintenance Technician Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for the upkeep and repair of our cooking robot systems, ensuring all machinery functions efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities Routine Maintenance:
Perform regular maintenance tasks including cleaning, lubrication, and inspection of mechanical and electrical components.
Troubleshooting & Diagnosis:
Identify and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to determine root causes and implement effective solutions.
Parts & Inventory Management:
Maintain adequate parts and inventory levels for preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
Maintenance Scheduling:
Follow established maintenance schedules to ensure timely servicing of equipment and reduce unexpected breakdowns.
Documentation:
Accurately record all maintenance activities, including repairs, parts replacements, and inspections, in accordance with company procedures. Your First 30 Days Complete orientation and safety training. Shadow experienced technicians to gain hands-on experience. Begin executing routine maintenance tasks under supervision. Build relationships with production and engineering teams. Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent. Familiarity with electrical wiring and plumbing repairs. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics. Basic computer literacy. Understanding of machine alarm codes and diagnostic tools. Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds. Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergency maintenance calls. Willingness to travel when required. Preferred Completion of technical or vocational training with certification. Experience using testing instruments (Digital Multimeters, Amp Probes, Meggers, Oscilloscopes).
