POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Facilities Maintenance to join our growing team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the safety, functionality, and apperarance of buildings and surrounding grounds. This role performs routine maintenance, repairs, inspections, and preventive upkeep to ensure facilities operate efficiently and meet safety standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS
Building Maintenance Perform routine inspections of buildings, systems, and equipment Conduct minor repairs to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, lighting, doors, locks, and fixtures Perform painting, drywall repair, carpentry, and basic construction work Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs Monitor building systems and report major issues to management or contractors Ensure compliance with safety, health, and building codes Preventive Maintenance Follow scheduled maintenance plans to reduce breakdowns Maintain logs of inspections, repairs, and materials used Assist with vendor coordination and contractor oversight Safety & Compliance Follow OSHA and workplace safety standards Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free environment Properly use and store tools, equipment, and chemicals
EQUIPMENT/ COMPUTER SKILLS
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Window, Excel, Outlook) with the ability to learn new applications as required.
High school diploma or equivalent required, Associate's degree preferred Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud.
