Job Description

Pay Range:
$18.00-$20.00 per hour Do you take pride in your work and love seeing the results of a job well done? Are you someone who notices the details others walk right past? If so, we want YOU on our team! We're looking for a motivated, dependable Facility Maintenance Associate to help keep our property looking sharp, running smoothly, and feeling welcoming for every customer who walks through our gates. This is a hands-on, get-it-done kind of role — and we love that about it.
Schedule:
Friday - Monday | 9:00 AM - 3:30 PM On-call shifts may also be available for those who want extra hours!
What You'll Be Doing:
You'll be the backbone of our facility's curb appeal and day-to-day upkeep. Your work directly impacts the customer experience and the overall success of the property.
Responsibilities include:
Cleaning and maintaining storage units inside and out Performing routine maintenance including door parts, lighting, fencing, and building repairs Keeping roadways, landscaping, and common areas clean and debris-free Light painting and touch-up work Conducting visual property inspections Identifying and reporting maintenance needs to management Communicating effectively with your team and leadership Other duties as assigned — no two days are exactly the same!

Physical Requirements:
This role is hands-on and active.
Candidates must be able to:
Lift, carry, and move items up to 50 lbs Stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods Work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, and light rain Perform tasks that require manual dexterity and physical stamina throughout the shift Room to
