Apartment Maintenance

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, with a specific skill set in one or more of the following areas: paint and drywall, flooring (specifically tiling), plumbing, and/or electrical. Responsibilities Perform routine repairs and maintenance in various apartments and studios. Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing, electrical, and/or other problems at the properties. Demo, prep, renovate apartment units. Routine clean up and assistance with general labor around the properties. • Experience Proven experience with demo, renovations, and clean up in one or more specific areas. Experience in all of the areas is NOT necessary, but applicants should be experienced and/or proficient in at least one or more of the following skills: plumbing, painting, drywall, electrical, and/or tile work (flooring). Pay is competitive with an opportunity for growth and additional benefits. I'd prefer someone less qualified if they're extremely hard working and motivated.
