This is a hands-on opportunity to work with advanced systems including conveyors, robotics, and industrial automation in a cutting-edge environment. Qualifications:
At least 2 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting Hands-on experience with: Automated conveyor systems Industrial automation and/or robotics Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems in an industrial environment Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and robotic systems Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on automated equipment Install, calibrate, and optimize high-speed production and conveyor systems Support a 24/7 high-volume operation Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives Provide guidance and mentorship to junior technicians as needed Preferred Qualifications Experience with CMMS systems Strong experience in preventive maintenance programs Knowledge of industrial controls, automation, and safety standards Advanced troubleshooting skills across electrical and mechanical systems Compensation & Benefits Starting pay: $32.50/hour Medical benefits starting Day 1 401(k) with company match Up to 20 weeks paid parental leave Company-provided FR workwear & composite-toe boots Long-term career growth in a rapidly expanding, high-tech facility Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 49 lbs Ability to stand and walk for up to 12-hour shifts Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Aurora, CO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $32.50 - $32.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
