This role is responsible for maintaining and improving the performance of automated systems and industrial equipment in a fast-paced environment.

Aurora, CO Key Responsibilities:
Inspect, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Perform preventative maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and uptime Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals Maintain and repair conveyors, motors, and automated material handling systems Identify issues quickly and implement solutions to minimize downtime Work cross-functionally with operations and maintenance teams Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Qualifications:
Must have 3+ years of experience in one or more of the following: HVAC technician, millwright, or commercial electrician experience Military maintenance background Skilled trades training, technical schooling, or advanced certifications Hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and repair skills
