Job Description

Hiring Industrial Maintenance Mechanic - Day & Night Shifts Join a forward‑thinking team at a new, state‑of‑the‑art automated facility. As an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic, you'll play a critical role in supporting Operations Maintenance by keeping advanced material handling, pneumatic, and automated distribution systems running safely and efficiently. You'll also help develop junior technicians as they grow into the next generation of maintenance professionals.
Job Description:
Maintain MHE & pneumatics — Repair and maintain material handling equipment, pneumatic systems, and automated conveyor systems across the facility. Support automation systems — Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment. Perform multi‑discipline repairs — Execute mechanical, electrical, and controls‑based repairs to support continuous operations. Assist with commissioning — Support facility start‑up, equipment commissioning, and integration of new automation technologies. Mentor junior techs — Provide guidance and hands‑on support to developing technicians. Promote safety — Follow all safety policies, procedures, and best practices to maintain a safe work environment.
Qualifications:
2+ years of Industrial Maintenance experience 2+ years repairing MHE, automated conveyors, or mechanical/controls systems High school diploma or equivalent Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and variable work areas
