JOB SUMMARY
We are hiring Maintenance Technicians at multiple levels depending on experience. Our Maintenance Technician team is essential to ensuring that all facilities, property, and equipment remain safe, reliable, and fully operational. Across all levels, technicians support the upkeep, repair, and preventative maintenance of building systems, guest facing spaces. Technicians contribute to a well‑maintained and welcoming environment by responding to maintenance needs promptly, diagnosing issues accurately, and performing high‑quality repair work. Based on experience, team members may focus on routine maintenance, advanced repairs, complex diagnostics, system testing, or support for large‑scale projects. Pay Range:
$22.00 - $26.00 HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY
Perform general maintenance and repairs throughout all facilities and exterior property areas. Maintain, repair, and replace equipment related to the gaming floor to ensure safe and reliable operations. Assist with preventative maintenance programs to help minimize downtime and extend the life of equipment and facilities. Demonstrate working knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, alarm systems, and generators. Complete maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, basic electrical work, carpentry, and other facility‑related projects as assigned. Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and address issues effectively while prioritizing safety. Promote a safe and secure environment for all guests and team members by following established safety procedures. Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and welcoming demeanor when interacting with guests and coworkers. Develop a working knowledge of all facilities, amenities, and entertainment offerings available to guests. Perform other duties as assigned to support property operations. WHAT YOU WILL NEED
High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of two (2) years of maintenance or facilities experience preferred. Valid driver's license required. General knowledge of building maintenance systems and repair techniques. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to read, write, and understand simple instructions and work orders. Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment required to perform job duties. Ability to respond promptly to maintenance calls while maintaining professionalism and courtesy. Strong awareness of guest and team member needs at all times. Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Ability to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressure in a fast‑paced, interruptive environment. Work performed throughout all property facilities, including occasional confined spaces. Work environment may involve exposure to hot and cold temperatures, varying weather conditions, fumes, and maintenance‑related chemicals. TOGETHER WE WIN
