Maintenance Technician - Crosswinds at Arista Gorman & Company vision insurance, parental leave, paid holidays, 401(k) United States, Colorado, Broomfield May 28, 2026 Join Our Team as a Maintenance Technician in Broomfield, CO! Are you a hands-on maintenance professional who takes pride in keeping communities safe, functional, and looking their best? We're looking for a full-time Maintenance Technician for our 159-unit affordable housing community, Crosswinds at Arista in Broomfield, CO. What You'll Do:
Complete daily maintenance and repairs for plumbing, electrical, and appliances. Respond promptly to routine and emergency maintenance requests when assigned. Prepare vacant apartments for new residents using make-ready checklists. Inspect buildings and grounds to maintain safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal. Maintain common areas, exterior spaces, and grounds. Communicate with vendors and contractors.
What You'll Bring:
Minimum of two years of previous experience in property management maintenance, building maintenance, or related trade. Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repair. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Valid driver's license and ability to meet insurability requirements. Strong customer service skills with a resident-first mindset. High school diploma or equivalent required.
HVAC-EPA
(Type II), or EPA Universal preferred.
