$48•$60/hour based on experience
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM•2:30 PM (flexible)
Hours:

Role Overview The Senior Maintenance and Calibration Technician will own all aspects of maintenance & calibration, and is responsible for ensuring that all equipment, production lines, inspection tools, and facilities are maintained, compliant, reliable, and operating efficiently. This is a hands-on role managing and executing maintenance and calibration across four production lines and two local facilities. Key Responsibilities Implement and manage maintenance and calibration programs Perform and document routine inspections and preventive maintenance Troubleshoot and repair equipment as necessary Willingness to work in controlled and cleanroom environments Plan and oversee repair and installation activities Comply with established internal procedures, and applicable FDA and ISO regulations Manage calibration of inspection and test equipment in compliance with regulations Schedule and prioritize facilities and operations maintenance tasks Organize and manage inventory of spare parts and tools Maintain accurate records and ensure regulatory compliance Manage safety and environmental compliance Ensure facilities are fully validated, adequately maintained, safe for personnel, and operational, at all times Work closely with and support Engineering and Operations Manage related vendors and contractors Help identify design and performance improvements Qualifications A fun-loving attitude A resilient mindset A grateful spirit 10+ years of relevant experience or advanced education/training Experience in maintenance, calibration, and equipment operations Knowledge of high-speed automation, PLC, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Familiarity with precision measurement tools Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Competency in computer functions including MS Office programs A team player that is willing to learn and help with other duties during downtime Ability to lift 50 lbs. High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred Who You Are Hands-on and proactive A strong sense of urgency Ability to prioritize and balance responsibilities Organized and accountable Clear communicator and team player Curious and improvement-focused Positive and fun contributor to team culture Not afraid to provide input and contribute to the team
