Job Description

At Enter the Enigma , we build immersive, thrilling, and high-quality escape room experiences. Our rooms are highly interactive, which means they see a lot of love, excitement, and wear-and-tear from our players. We are looking for a reliable, multi-talented Handyman to help us build out new experiences, maintain our existing rooms, and keep our facilities in top-notch shape. What You'll Do:
Framing & Drywall:
Handle basic framing for room build-outs, hang drywall, tape, mud, texture, and patch up walls as needed.
Finish Work:
Install trim, baseboards, and molding to give our rooms a polished, professional look.
Flooring:
Lay down simple flooring (such as LVP, laminate, or tile).
Paint & Patch:
Keep the rooms looking fresh with clean paint jobs, touch-ups, and creative finishes.
Minor Electrical:
Safely handle minor electrical tasks, such as replacing light fixtures, switches, outlets, or running low-voltage wiring for game elements.
General Maintenance:
Perform routine facility upkeep and quickly troubleshoot/repair broken room props or fixtures to keep games running smoothly.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a handyman, residential remodeler, or maintenance technician. Strong proficiency in drywall (hanging, patching, texturing) and light carpentry/framing. Comfortable with basic, minor electrical work (safety is a must). A solid eye for detail—our players look closely at everything, so quality trim and paint work matter! A problem-solver who can look at a broken prop or unique room feature and figure out a durable fix. Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Must have your own basic hand and power tools (specialty tools will be provided). Benefits /

Pay:
$17.00 - $24.00 per hour
