Duties Must be highly experienced in drywall installation and finishing Must reside within 20 miles of central Colorado Springs 3+ years of experience as a paid professional handyman Perform general repairs including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and painting to address maintenance requests efficiently Use tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, drills, and specialized equipment like ohmmeters to diagnose electrical issues accurately Conduct inspections to identify potential hazards or areas needing repair before they become major problems Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and parts replaced for each project Collaborate with clients or property managers to understand specific needs and provide clear solutions Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes to guarantee safe environments Manage time effectively to prioritize urgent repairs while maintaining high-quality workmanship Skills Proven experience in handyman services or related maintenance roles with a broad skill set across multiple trades Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly assess issues and implement effective solutions Excellent communication skills to explain repairs clearly and coordinate with clients or team members Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, or schematics when necessary Physical stamina and dexterity to perform manual tasks in various environments A proactive attitude with a commitment to safety and quality workmanship Join us as a Professional Handyman and bring your expertise to life!
