$20.00-$23.00 DOE Express Employment Professionals is seeking a skilled and experienced Sign Fabricator and Installer! This role involves managing installation projects, coordinating schedules, working directly with clients, and ensuring high-quality sign installations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vinyl graphics and sign installation, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to lead projects from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Manage sign installations from planning to completion. Create and oversee weekly installation calendars. Interpret blueprints, plans, and project specifications. Work closely with clients to manage expectations and ensure satisfaction. Coordinate with all departments and leadership to meet project goals. Safely handle, install, and maintain a variety of sign types. Requirements Previous professional sign installation experience required. Must pass a background check and be able to access military bases. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (insurable). OSHA training preferred. Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. and work at heights. Strong planning, organizing, and communication skills. Willingness to travel for out-of-town jobs, including occasional overnights.
