$18.00-$35/hour depending on experience + overtime opportunities Job Overview Temp Fence USA is hiring dependable and hardworking team members in Colorado Springs for Temporary Fence Installation and Pickup Operations. This position includes delivering, installing, removing, and transporting temporary fencing for construction sites, events, commercial properties, and emergency projects throughout Colorado. This is a physically active outdoor position with growth opportunities for motivated individuals who want consistent work and advancement. Responsibilities Installation Duties Install temporary fence panels, gates, driven posts, stands, and privacy screen Measure and lay out fence lines Secure fencing systems safely and professionally Perform repairs and adjustments as needed Pickup / Removal Duties Remove temporary fencing from completed job sites Load and unload panels, stands, clamps, and materials Inspect equipment for damage or missing inventory Keep trailers and materials organized Driver / Labor Duties Drive company trucks and trailers to job sites throughout Colorado Springs and surrounding areas Take before-and-after job site photos Communicate with dispatch and customers professionally Follow company safety procedures at all times Maintain clean vehicles and equipment Requirements Valid driver's license required Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Reliable transportation to and from work Construction, fencing, or labor experience preferred Trailer towing experience is a plus Strong work ethic and punctuality Ability to work independently and with a crew Preferred Experience Temporary fence installation Construction labor Chain-link fencing Trailer towing Skid steer or forklift operation Benefits Competitive pay Overtime available Weekly pay Advancement opportunities Year-round work opportunities Company vehicles available for qualified crew leads Schedule Monday-sunday Weekend work available 8-12 hour shifts Overtime opportunities available Apply Today Join one of the fastest-growing temporary fence companies in Colorado.
