POSITION SUMMARY
The Facilities / Maintenance Specialist for Titan Fittings is responsible for supporting day-to-day facility operations, general maintenance, preventive maintenance, equipment readiness, safety, and site services across the facility. This role maintains a safe, clean, and functional environment while supporting building systems, production equipment, facility improvements, welding support, electrical setup coordination, contractor communication, and emergency preparedness.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
New Facility Setup- assist in the moving and setup of the new building.
Facility Operations and Readiness:
Support daily facility operations, site services, custodial needs, life-safety readiness, and event preparation.
Preventive Maintenance and Repairs:
Create, schedule, complete, and document preventive maintenance and general repair work for facility systems and equipment.
Mechanical, Welding, and Electrical Support:
Assist with equipment layout, mechanical setup, approved welding tasks, and electrical setup coordination for safe facility operation.
Safety, Compliance, and Records:
Follow Titan policies, OSHA/EPA expectations, safety protocols, warranty records, inspections, licenses, and maintenance documentation.
Inventory, Contractors, and Communication:
Maintain parts, supplies, and equipment inventory while coordinating with employees, leadership, vendors, and outside contractors.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Facility Operations and Preventive Maintenance Ensure day-to-day facility operations, custodial needs, life-safety items, engineering support, site services, and general maintenance are completed in accordance with Titan policies. Ensure assigned facilities, work areas, and equipment are ready for regular business operations, production needs, and special events. Create, schedule, implement, and manage preventive maintenance for production machinery, equipment, and building systems. Maintain physical spaces by supporting cleaning, organization, repairs, upkeep, and a safe, functional work environment. Identify problems, analyze information, develop practical solutions, and communicate concerns in a timely and professional manner. Facility Systems, Repairs, Welding, and Electrical Setup Perform routine maintenance on facility systems, which may include electrical, refrigeration, water, steam, compressed gas, boiler, air wash-water, and similar systems. Perform general repairs not requiring a specialized technician, including drywall repair, painting, doors, fixtures, carpentry, and building repairs. Assist with planning, layout, setup, and modification of electrical and mechanical equipment, workstations, utilities, and facility improvements. Perform or assist with basic welding, fabrication, and repair tasks for facility improvements, brackets, guards, fixtures, carts, and equipment support when trained and authorized. Support electrical setup needs such as equipment placement, power coordination, lighting support, cord management, and workstation setup; coordinate licensed or permitted electrical work when required. Records, Inventory, Contractors, and Emergency Support Work with the Facility Manager to maintain files for warranties, records, licenses, inspections, service agreements, and equipment-related contracts. Maintain inventory, storage, and distribution of equipment, repair parts, supplies, and materials needed for maintenance activities. Plan repair work using blueprints, equipment manuals, manufacturer guidance, and supervisor direction as needed. Serve as a liaison between employees, leadership, vendors, and outside contractors needed to resolve specialized facility or equipment issues. Participate in emergency preparedness planning and support facility readiness for safety, weather, equipment, and operational events. Safety, Compliance, and Other Duties Follow and support OSHA, EPA, PPE, hazard control, lockout/tagout, machine safety, and facility safety requirements. Report safety concerns, equipment issues, spills, damaged tools, maintenance needs, or facility risks promptly. Maintain professionalism, reliability, and a solution-oriented approach while working independently or with a team. Perform other maintenance, facility, operations, and repair-related duties as assigned based on business needs.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent required. At least five years of related facilities, maintenance, plant operations, equipment maintenance, or repair experience required. Thorough understanding of OSHA and EPA regulations as they pertain to plant operations, maintenance, and facility safety. Ability to use hand tools, power tools, maintenance equipment, blueprints, equipment manuals, and manufacturer instructions safely. Ability to maintain records, warranties, inspections, licenses, maintenance logs, service agreements, and inventory documentation. Strong organizational, time management, communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience maintaining the company's type of facilities, production equipment, building systems, and event needs preferred. Welding certification or hands-on welding and light fabrication experience preferred. Experience assisting with electrical setup, equipment connections, facility power coordination, troubleshooting, or electrical maintenance support preferred. Proficiency with general carpentry, repairs, preventive maintenance programs, and Microsoft Office or related recordkeeping systems preferred.

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Work is performed in an office, warehouse, production, and facility maintenance environment with exposure to moving mechanical parts, dust, noise, seasonal temperature fluctuations, and industrial equipment. Requires prolonged periods standing, walking, bending, stretching, climbing ladders, crawling into awkward spaces, and navigating all facility and equipment areas. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times, access all areas of the facility, and use required PPE and safe work practices. May require occasional desk, computer, phone, and documentation work. PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS
Maintain safe, clean, functional, and business-ready facilities, work areas, equipment, and site services. Complete preventive maintenance, repairs, facility setup, welding support, and electrical setup coordination accurately and on schedule. Document maintenance activity, inspections, inventory, warranties, service agreements, and facility concerns clearly and timely. Communicate professionally with the Facility Manager, employees, vendors, contractors, and operations teams. Demonstrate reliability, safety awareness, professionalism, problem-solving, and accountability in daily work habits.
