Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Handyman to join our team and assist with a variety of residential and light commercial repair and maintenance tasks in the Denver metro area. The ideal candidate is skilled, professional, and capable of independently handling a wide range of repair work—from minor fixes to larger improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance and repairs in residential and commercial properties Carpentry, drywall, painting, basic plumbing and electrical, appliance installation, etc. Diagnose issues and propose effective repair solutions Provide accurate, competitive quotes for jobs based on scope and materials Complete assigned work orders in a timely and professional manner Communicate with clients and team members to ensure customer satisfaction Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

Own tools necessary to complete a variety of handyman tasks Reliable transportation to travel between job sites throughout the Denver area Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar maintenance role Experience quoting and estimating job costs Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Excellent customer service and communication skills Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with a wide range of home repair and improvement tasks Basic knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations Ability to handle multiple projects at once Flexibility to take on last-minute or emergency jobs
