Handyman/Light Construction Number 1 Son provides trusted home maintenance & construction that is high quality, professional, and affordable. We offer services to people of all ages, but our company specializes in supporting the unique requirements of senior citizens. Our technicians are highly skilled, courteous, and background-checked. Our company is Licensed/Insured/Accredited with BBB. #1 Son Home Maintenance is in need of a top-notch individual to do home repairs/handyman/remodeling/construction projects for our clients. The work covers a wide range. Our most common jobs include:
Accessibility & aging-in-place — grab bars, handrails, ramps, threshold work, stair safety Doors — interior, exterior, storm doors, hardware, alignment, weatherstripping Bathrooms — toilets, faucets, sinks, vanities, shower & tub fixtures, caulk and grout Drywall & paint — patches, repairs, texture matching, interior touch-up and full-room paint Tile — bathroom, kitchen, backsplash, floor tile repair Light plumbing — disposals, supply lines, P-traps, simple replacements Light electrical — fixture swaps, outlets, switches, basic troubleshooting Carpentry & trim — baseboard, trim, shelving, closet work, cabinets Outdoor & construction — decks, fences, railings, gutters, siding patch, garage projects Smaller jobs too — windows, TV mounts, general home repair Work involves both smaller and larger jobs. Have a minimum of 7 years experience as a handyman Live in Metro Denver area Have knowledge of common construction methods (such as building decks, fences, etc.) Have a good (consistent) work history Be talented in most/all areas of home maintenance Be a craftsman, excellent at what you do Be hardworking Have reliable transportation and your own tools Be courteous, professional, and honest Be capable of passing a background check and drug screen Thank you Job Types:
