Salary range:
$20- 24 hourlyFull time, Monday-Friday 8: 00am
- 5: 00pmOn call weekend rotation (every 3rd weekend)Full time, Direct HireBenefits from DAY ONE

- Troubleshoots and repairs appliances, air conditioning, heating, electrical and mechanical, plumbing systems in construction type facilities
- Repairs and replaces floors, ceilings, sills, joist, rafters, siding, roofing, stairways, doors, windows, and other general building items
- Examines and repairs electric circuits and components
- Repairs and paints any ares required
- Repairs damaged plaster surfaces of walls and ceilings surfaces
- Examines and repairs all components of all major appliancesRequirements
- One year certificate from college or technical school or three to six months related experience
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
- Type I and Type II AC Certification Preferred
