Denver, CO Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Pay:
$20-24/hr. (Depending on Experience)
Summary:
Inspect ready apartments, model apartments, and recent move-outs Perform Make-ready maintenance - repairs as needed Follow procedure for entering a vacant apartment Key locks (change locks/re-key)
Daily Grounds Support:
Walk the exterior (curb appeal, signage, remove trash, check lighting & functionality) and interior (club room, exercise room, business center, laundry room, etc.) of property Swimming pool inspection (vacuum swimming pool) Grounds support and snow removal
Required:
1 year of Apartment Maintenance experience Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening Must have own personal hand tools
Skill Sets Required:
Ability to use hand tools and power tools Ability to inspect and troubleshoot appliances Ability to inspect and troubleshoot HVAC units Having basic electrical knowledge Having basic plumbing knowledge Having basic carpentry knowledge Having basic drywall patch/repair, painting & texturing knowledge Being able to follow precise instructions Communication (written follow-up, ability to explain solutions to resident issues, etc.) Organization (Keeping track of work orders and keys)
Education/Certifications:
Preferred CPO certification Preferred
HVAC/ EPA
