Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our facilities through proactive maintenance and repair of equipment. This position requires a strong background in facilities maintenance, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Responsibilities Work closely with Chief Engineer to perform routine maintenance and repairs on various equipment and systems to ensure optimal functionality. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff or tenants. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report on the status of repairs. Communicate with all departments on any work being done or completed Light Houseman duties including assisting with removing trash and bringing supplies up to floors for housekeeping Requirements Experience in facilities maintenance with a strong understanding of electrical systems is a plus Strong command of English for effective communication with team members and customers. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on responsiveness and problem-solving.
