Responsibilities Assist skilled tradespeople with a wide range of construction tasks including carpentry, drywall installation, painting, and flooring. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to support project execution. Prepare work sites by cleaning, organizing materials, and setting up equipment for various trades such as plumbing, electrical, or masonry. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to support accurate project completion. Support the installation of fixtures such as doors, cabinets, windows, and trim carpentry components. Help with concrete forming, finishing, masonry work, and stucco application as needed. Follow safety protocols diligently while working on construction sites and operate heavy equipment when required under supervision. Electrical Plumbing Painting Finished carpentry Experience Prior experience working on construction sites or in skilled trades is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is highly valued. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and basic construction equipment is advantageous. Knowledge of blueprint reading and schematics enhances your ability to support complex projects effectively. Experience with specific trades such as roofing, welding, tile laying, or restoration work is a plus. Ability to follow instructions accurately while maintaining attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
