We specialize in custom stone countertops, fireplaces, shower walls, outdoor kitchens, and other slab stone projects throughout the Denver metro area. This position will primarily focus on installing stone countertops and slab surfaces , but the employee may also assist with shop fabrication depending on the schedule and workload. We are looking for someone who understands basic construction, knows how to use power tools, and is comfortable working in both residential job sites and a fabrication shop environment. Responsibilities Install stone countertops, vanities, fireplaces, shower walls, and other slab materials Assist with loading, unloading, carrying, and setting stone pieces Use hand tools, power tools, grinders, polishers, and basic installation equipment Help with shop fabrication when needed Read basic measurements and understand job site layouts Maintain a clean and organized work area Work safely around heavy materials, tools, and equipment Communicate professionally with coworkers, contractors, builders, and homeowners Follow instructions and complete work with attention to detail Basic Requirements Must have a valid driver's license Must be in good physical condition and able to lift heavy materials Must understand basic construction concepts Must know how to safely use common power tools Must be dependable, punctual, and willing to learn Must be able to work well with a team Previous stone countertop, tile, construction, or remodeling experience is preferred, but not required Fabrication experience is a plus Installation experience is a plus Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, reliable, and willing to do both installation and fabrication work as needed. Experience in stone countertops is helpful, but we are open to training the right person if they have a strong work ethic, good attitude, and basic construction knowledge.
