Skilled Handyman / Property Maintenance TechnicianFort Collins, CO | Part-Time or Full-Time (Depending on Experience) Do you take pride in your work?

Do you enjoy working with your hands and walking away from a project knowing it's better than when you started? Are you the type of person who pays attention to the small details because quality matters? If so, we'd like to talk with you. We own and maintain several multifamily properties throughout central and west Fort Collins. Most of our buildings were built in the 1980s, so there's always something interesting to work on—from repairs and upgrades to remodeling and improvements. No two days are the same.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
Has at least 2 years of handyman or maintenance experience Takes genuine pride in craftsmanship and quality Shows up on time and follows through Solves problems instead of creating them Leaves every project cleaner and better than they found it If you're looking to cut corners, do rushed work, or believe "good enough" is good enough, this is not the job for you. We value quality over speed and are looking for someone who shares that mindset. Typical Responsibilities Drywall repair and texture matching Interior and exterior painting Basic plumbing repairs Light electrical work (switches, outlets, light fixtures) Tile repair and installation General maintenance and repairs Unit turnovers and property upgrades Troubleshooting and problem-solving Requirements Minimum 2 years of handyman/property maintenance experience Reliable transportation Own a basic set of tools Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Excellent communication and customer service skills Organized, dependable, and self-motivated Ability to adapt to a variety of projects Comfortable working alone or with a team Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality workmanship Hiring Process To help us find the right fit: Please submit your resume.
